If you are offered a unit and accept it, you will be required to sign a lease with the Terre Haute Housing Authority. You will be required to pay a security deposit. You and the property manager will go over the lease together. This will give you a better understanding of your responsibilities as a tenant and the Terre Haute Housing Authorities’ responsibilities as a landlord.
