RESIDENT SCHEDULE OF CHARGES LIST
The resident schedule of charges is used to assesscost of repairs and/or replacement of THHA property where there is abuse,neglect, and/or damages caused by the resident(s) or their guests.
This resident schedule of charges is not allinclusive. Any charges not listed will be billed at the stated labor rate plusthe actual cost of any materials. Thisschedule excludes items considered normal wear and tear and is focused on itemsthat require repair and/or replacement of THHA property where there is abuse,neglect, and/or damages caused by the residents and/or their guests.
All labor will be charged based upon the actual timespent with a minimum time charged of half an hour.
Residents that are elderly and/or disabled will notbe charged for the replacement of light bulbs in their units.
THHA maintenance working hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Immediate reporting is required. There is no chargefor normal wear and tear maintenance that is promptly reported to the TerreHaute Housing Authority.
MATERIALAND LABOR WILL BE CHARGED AS FOLLOWS:
THHA maintenance staff labor
$20 per hour (with a half hourminimum)
Contract labor
Resident will be charged the fullamount charged by contractor
Materials
The resident will be charged thecurrent cost of materials including shipping/handling charges
PAINTING CHARGE FOR EXCESSIVE DAMAGES - $100 per room

Duplicate Key---- $10.00

Unclog Toilet---- $25.00
Replace drip pans---- $3.00 each

Replace electrical cover plates---- $1.00 each
Replace light bulbs---- $5.00 each
Yard/grass cutting charge---- $40.00
Excess utility (AC or furnace running,window/door open)---- $20.00
Smoke alarm (per alarm)(tenant caused)---- $10.00
Trash removed from empty unit (per bag)---- $25.00
Dumpster trash removal---- $530.00
Landfill charge (truck/trailer to landfill)---- $175.00
